1) Security is very good. They will always check cars coming in, including the boot and running metal detectors under cars. Also, there's always at least 2 staff at the counter 24/7. With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

We stayed here for a total of two nights at the start and end of our three week holiday in the Philippines: - The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport - The hotel looks great, and has a number of restaurants inside which are all good quality. - The value for money of the rooms was excellent. The rooms were spacious, quiet and very comfortable with an excellent shower and bath. - The hotel also has a rooftop infinity pool and hot tub, alongside the best equipped hotel gym I’ve ever seen (as in, it’s actually a gym and not just one treadmill!). - There are numerous other services on offer, such as a wellness clinic and spa but we did not try these.

We stayed in a 2br primea suite for one night. The room was spotless, generously sized and very comfortable. The beds were great and rooms well air conditioned. The added washing machine and dryer were very useful. We made use of the fantastic pool (not too deep for kids). I had the best massage I’ve ever had from the spa. The staff are very courteous and friendly. We were tired, so had room service for dinner - which was delicious - served at the dining table in our room. Breakfast was included in our booking and delicious with good latte. We would definitely stay here again. Security was very tight and we felt very safe.

We decided to have a staycation in the city for our wedding anniversary. Staff were friendly and accommodating. From the front desk, the concierge, the gym staff, the restaurant staff, and housekeeping staff, their service went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for the surprise room upgrade and surprise anniversary cake. We had dinner and breakfast at Tapenade, food was so good! Also they have the comfiest bed we've ever slept in, among all the hotels we have stayed. My family had a wonderful experience ! We only stayed a night for our early visa appointment. We wish we could stay longer . The staff were very professional, the room was very clean and tastefully decorated (ai especially love the neutral colors, the sofa and bed were very comfortable, the pool was beautiful , the view from our room was Rustan's and Glorietta Mall which was a few minutes walk from the hotel . This hotel is highly recommened when in Makati. I must not forget - the breakfast was absolutely 👌 good ! The people at the breakfast were all so attentive. Thank you for good memory !
